Weaving

Fabric is produced in Vanvic's very own factory, crafted from the finest quality threads. The weaving process not only ensures durability but also provides a soft and comfortable feel for the wearer.

Vanvic weave every fabric in-house, ensuring the highest standards of quality, durability, and sustainability from the very first thread. This guarantees that each piece is crafted to perfection right from the start.

Cutting

After weaving, the fabric is cut precisely according to each design, utilizing a combination of advanced technology and skilled craftsmanship.

Sewing & Assembly

Each piece of fabric is carefully stitched and assembled by our skilled team of artisans, ensuring every seam meets international quality standards.

Quality Control (QA & QC)

Every product undergoes rigorous quality control at two stages: during production and final inspection before packaging. This ensures that each product is flawless when it reaches the customer.

Embellishment & Details

Special features such as embroidery, embellishments, or printed patterns are meticulously handcrafted to give each product its unique and distinctive charm.
